He is frequently requested to observe and coach facilitators in classrooms (or virtual classrooms) or at corporate universities to improve their performance and maximize their impact.

Aicha is a highly experienced facilitator with over 20 years experience. She possesses executive presence, is a skilled speaker,and has a reputation of being an engaging, interactive, and knowledgeable facilitator. For several years, she focused on classroom and virtual facilitation, refining her craft and building her knowledge of interpersonal communication, presentation skills, and facilitation. She has thousands of hours of facilitation experience and has led several facilitation skills workshops to train and empower aspiring facilitators to become certified, master facilitators.
